We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours (usually the same day if your order is placed before lunchtime). Bikes and items that need assembly first, might take longer to dispatch.

We ship using an overnight (North Island) or 2-day (South Island) courier service, however it is dependent on your local courier if your item is delivered overnight. CBD addresses are usually overnight but please allow 2-3 working days for residential and 4-7 working days for rural shipping.


If the item says "add to cart" it is at our premises ready to ship to you. We do not drop-ship from a third party unless it states it on the item. Please make sure you scroll down and check your colour or size option is in stock before coming instore to view.


Please keep all tags and packaging in tact until you have tried your items on. If you are not happy with the fit you can send your item back to us within 14 days for a swap or refund. Please contact us first or write your order number on the parcel before sending back. We will either swap your item or process your refund once it has arrived to us.

Please note we do not accept returns for earphones or heart rate straps for hygiene reasons. We will cannot accept returns if the item is not in a perfect re-saleable condition. We will not accept items with pet hair, deoderant, perfume odours etc.

Trek Bicycles have a collect-only international policy that we strongly adhere to. We will not ship a Trek bike directly to a customer. All Trek bikes can be collected from our store in Hawke's Bay. However if we have a bike your local Trek store cannot source, we can ship to your local Trek store for assembly and handover (shipping fees and assembly fees might apply).


The quickest way to find out any delays on your order is to contact your local Post Haste Depot and give them your tracking number from your tracking email. Usually any delays are rectified quickly, or can be explained with sick drivers or local delivery backlogs. If Post Haste cannot locate your item please lodge a query with them, you can contact us and we can then jump into the query and help give a description of your item packaging etc.
