Top strap for tow ball mounted bike rack

Recommended for use with all 4 bike prong and 3 prong bike racks

Foam protected piece sits inside top seam of boot and strap fastens to rack outside.  Tighten to provide firm support between rack and car

Not recommedned for use on boots with spoliers as pressure may damage spoiler.
