The Shimano Deore RD-M592 is a 9-speed rear derailleur with Shadow profile. This means it is designed to be so flat that the risk of getting caught is reduced to a minimum, especially as the single pre-tension prevents knocking on the chainstay. Thanks to a stronger return spring, the rear derailleur also impresses with its crisp shifts.
